1. Quotations & Custom Orders

All fabrication quotations provided by Gravity Enterprises are based on submitted client drawings, preliminary site surveys, and specified material grades (e.g. AISI 304/316 SS, Jindal aluminium, WPC composite). Any subsequent alteration in site dimensions or engineering drawings may adjust final project pricing.

2. Fabrication & Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes for workshop fabrication and site erection will be specified in the commercial quotation. While every endeavor is made to deliver on schedule, timelines are subject to site readiness and client sign-offs.

3. Intellectual Property

All website text, catalogue product descriptions, and media belong to Gravity Enterprises. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Rourkela, Odisha.
